This is a journey into exploration of Taijiquan energy development and practical skills for individuals who already knows one or more forms. Practitioners who are interested in developing a better understanding of what Taijiquan skills are with respect to internal energy, release (Song), intention (Yi), and how to practice push hands (a skill that involves the use of energy, softness and relaxation to overcome external force) can join.

Wu Style Tai chi is the second most popular form of Taichi in the world but is not well known in the US. Learn the Round Form of Wu Style 108 with Sifu Ho, whose grand master studied under Wu Jianquan (吳鑑泉), father of Wu Kung-i (吳公儀).
