The OACC opens to the public for special community events on selected evenings.
From San Francisco: from the Bay Bridge, continue to Hwy 580 East towards Oakland, then merge to Hwy 980 towards Downtown Oakland and exit on 11th/12th Streets. Turn left onto 11th Street and then right onto Webster Street. Pacific Renaissance Plaza building is on right side of block.
From East Bay: from Hwy 580 continue to Hwy 980 towards Downtown Oakland then continue as above.
From South Bay: take Hwy 880 north and exit on Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway. Turn right onto 9th Street. Turn left on Franklin Street. Pacific Renaissance Plaza building is on right side of block.
From BART: the closest BART station is 12th Street Station at Broadway in Oakland. Walk south on Broadway to 11th Street and turn left. Continue on 11th Street and turn right on Franklin to enter the Pacific Renaissance Plaza.
From the Lake Merritt BART Station. Exit at the 9th Street exit and walk west on 9th Street for 5 blocks to the Pacific Renaissance Plaza.
There is an underground garage below the Pacific Renaissance Plaza with two entrances to the parking garage, one located on Franklin and the other on Webster (both in between 9th & 11th St.)
Parking is $2 per 30 minutes. Max daily rate is $48.
We do not validate for parking.
If you arrive after 5:00pm M-F, it’s a flat fee of $4.
Metered street parking around the Plaza is $3.00 per hour (8am-6pm) and FREE on Sundays.
To get to our suite, take the elevator in the plaza to the 2nd floor. OACC is the first suite on the left when you leave the elevator. We are located directly above the Asian Branch Library.
Our loading dock is located on Franklin Street, next to the underground garage entrance. Contact OACC, unload, and take the freight elevator to the second floor. We are to the left of the elevator when exiting.

Getting here. OACC is located on the 2nd floor of the Pacific Renaissance Center, with elevators from the ground level as well as Plaza parking levels. We are located very close to public transportation including 12th Street BART and AC transit stops.
Accommodations. If you require accommodation such as ASL interpretation, please contact us at programs@oacc.cc. We request at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Noise dampening headsets. We have a limited number of noise dampening headsets for visitors to borrow. We have them in sizes for children and teens.
Captions. When at all possible, videos shown at OACC will have open captions.
Service Animals. Service dogs for a person with disabilities are welcome at OACC. OACC may refuse entry to other emotional support animals.
