Description: Gain the health benefits of traditional Tai Chi and Chi Gung practice in a friendly group setting. This class will be held in-person at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center. Master Jang has studied with some of the best Kung Fu masters from China and the U.S. From 1987 to 1991, he was the national champion in Tai Chi, Xing Yi, and Ba Qua both in hand forms and weapons. In 1991, he was certified as a judge and is currently a head judge for the annual UC Berkeley Chinese Martial Arts Tournament and the Tiger Claw Tournament.
