For digital records, only CA-based records will be accepted as these are the only ones that can be verified using the SMART Health Verifier app. Obtain your CA digital vaccination card here.
Personal ID + Proof of recent negative test result for COVID-19
OACC staff will check your ID and COVID-19-related document (proof of vaccination OR a recent negative COVID test result) to verify your information.
3
temperature check
OACC stall will check your temperature with a contactless thermometer.
4
Masking
In accordance with County recommendations, ALL individuals are required to wear masks AT ALL TIMES while inside OACC’s facility regardless of vaccination status.
Not vaccinated? We strongly encourage individuals who are NOT vaccinated against COVID-19 to refrain from attending OACC programs in-person and instead utilize our remote-friendly (virtual) options. The majority of our programs will be remotely accessible on OACC’s YouTube channel so you won’t be missing out!
